Agents who have been there, sell better
You cannot fake first-hand knowledge
Clients can read a brochure themselves. What they cannot get anywhere else is an agent who has slept in the room, eaten in the restaurant and driven the transfer road.
Confidence converts
Agents who have seen a resort sell it faster, quote it higher and get fewer questions back. Educationals are the single best investment in conversion we know.
Relationships that last
You will travel with our product team and our supplier partners. The contacts you make on a fam trip are the ones who fix things for your clients later.
Hosted with our partners, built around product
Airline, hotel and tourist board partners
Every trip is hosted jointly with the carrier flying the route, the hotels on the ground and the destination's tourist board, so the itinerary covers the full product you sell.
Small groups of 6 to 12 agents
We deliberately keep numbers low. Small groups mean real site inspections, proper time with hoteliers and conversations that would be impossible on a coach of 40.
Multiple trips every year
We run several educationals a year across our top-selling destinations, spread through the calendar so there is normally something within reach of your diary.
Content you can sell with
You come home with photos, videos and stories for your window, your socials and your next client appointment — plus a certificate of destination training.
Our top-selling destinations, seen properly

Five or six days, packed with product
- Day 1 — Overnight flight with our airline partner, usually in a premium cabin so you can review the product properly.
- Day 2 — Arrival, transfer briefing and the first round of hotel site inspections.
- Day 3 — Full-day excursion with the local ground handler and tourist board.
- Day 4 — Second resort area, more inspections, supplier lunch and Q&A.
- Day 5 — Free time to experience the destination the way your clients will.
- Day 6 — Debrief with the Major Travel product team, then the flight home.
What is included, what is not
- Flights, accommodation, transfers and most meals are hosted by our partners.
- Agents normally cover their own travel insurance, visas, tips and personal spending.
- Trips are educational, not holidays — expect early starts and a full inspection schedule.
- Places are limited and always oversubscribed, so apply early and tell us why you want to go.
Fam trips are a thank-you and a training exercise rolled into one. Sell with us, and we will get you out there.
Priority goes to the agents who book the most with us
Places are limited and demand is high, so we allocate them on booking record first. Here is exactly how we choose.
Priority goes to the agents who book the most with Major Travel — bookings made, not enquiries.
Miles High Club tier is taken into account, with Platinum and Gold members considered first.
We look for spread across agencies so the same faces are not on every trip.
Places are personal to the agent selected and cannot be transferred.
Agents must be actively selling the destination or committed to promoting it on return.
