On arrival, you will be met and assisted by our local rep and transferred to your hotel.

Heralded as the Queen of Arabian Sea, Kochi was an important spice trading centre on the Arabian Sea coast since the 14th century and was the site of the first European colonial settlement in India and remained until 1530.

Check-in at your hotel opens at 2pm and you will be free after check-in until the evening where you will enjoy a spectacular show of Kerala classical dance.

After breakfast at your hotel, at 11am, visit a local residence for a cooking demo with lunch.

In the afternoon after lunch, proceed for sightseeing of Cochin with a vist to Mattancherry Dutch Palace (closed on Friday and National Holidays) built by the Portuguese. Visit St. Francis Church, the oldest European Church in India. View the Chinese Fishing Nets, unique to this part of Kerala and living symbols of a centuries old Chinese influence on this coast. Visit Jew Town and the Jewish Synagogue (Closed on Friday afternoon, Saturday's and all Jewish Holidays).

Property Location With a stay at Crowne Plaza Kochi in Cochin (Ernakulam), you'll be convenient to Kerala Folklore Museum. This 5-star hotel is within the vicinity of Durbar Hall Art Gallery and Hill Palace.

After breakfast, drive to Munnar in the morning which will take approximately 4 hours.

This beautiful hill station is popular for its cool climate, tea plantations with colonial bungalows, tea factories, Wildlife sanctuaries and many lakes.

In the afternoon, arrive and proceed to your hotel and the rest of the day is at your leisure.

The Tall Trees Munnar

Property Location With a stay at The Tall Trees Munnar in Munnar, you'll be in the mountains and minutes from Mount Carmel Church and Carmal Church. This resort is within close proximity of Kundala Dam Lake and St. Thomas Marthoma.

After breakfast at your hotel, in the morning, visit the Tea Museum (closed on Mondays). This is the country's first ever tea museum; located at KDHP's Nullatanni estate in Munnar, the aim of the team museum, is to depict the growth of this more-than-a-century-old tea plantations from the rudimentary tea roller to the present fully automated tea factory of Madupatty.

Visit the Mattupetty Dam: The beautiful hill station of Mattupetty is a 13km drive away from Munnar. The Mattupetty Lake and Dam is en-route to Top Station and is situated at an altitude of 1700m. Enjoy the panoramic view of the dam surrounded by wooden hills and tea plantations.

The Tall Trees Munnar

After breakfast in the morning, drive to Alleppey which will take approximately 4 hours.

In the afternoon, arrive at Alleppey Jetty and board your 'Kettuvalloms' - Houseboat Cruise along the tranquil backwaters. Kettuvalloms were primarily used for transporting paddy and other goods now an integral part of Kerala's tourism. Glide along the tranquil backwaters rightly called the Venice of the East.

Lunch and dinner will be served on board.

Have breakfast onboard the Houseboat and in the morning, disembark and transfer to Kovalam which will take approximately 5 hours.
