Id certainly recommend Major Travel, I rang reservations because I needed to hold a flight seat for a customer, I was greeted professionally and very friendly I held the seat and later called back to confirm it, it was emailed the invoice and e ticket immediately, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to obtain all the documents without continuous phone calls and hassle, I would also like to advise that the feed into isell is excellent and the rates are very competitive.

We have had a complaint in Swindon branch about a holiday booked through Major, partly against us and partly against them. Major (and in particular Mary Arpino the Sales & Marketing Director) have been absolutely fantastic, making the customer a very fair offer but more importantly keeping our branch in the loop, liaising with the branch manager about their findings before drafting anything up to the customer and checking that their response looks ok with us first – very unusual but great stuff. The customer is looking for any excuse to take their complaint further and I am absolutely certain that Major’s professionalism has prevented the customer having ammunition to redirect the complaint against us (unlike the usual tour operator response: blame your travel agent!)
