Whilst the company has grown to become a significant wholesaler in the travel industry the core family values upon which the business was established upon still remain at the heart of the company's culture and ethos. I recently tried Major when I was trying to match an Expedia quote. The consultant did her best to get near the price and the customer booked. This gave me confidence to try them for my next quote and they were cheaper than any other operators and was soon followed by another booking. I have found the consultants to be helpful, they have held options and booked airline seats for me and having a Freephone number is vital when I’m a homeworker! I have advertised lots of their great deals too. There are also lots of great incentives for us – I look forward to many more major bookings in the future, and would highly recommend.
