Whilst the company has grown to become a significant wholesaler in the travel industry the core family values upon which the business was established upon still remain at the heart of the company's culture and ethos. I have used Major on several occasions. I always find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, especially when you have a very vague enquiry they can generally put it all together. Id certainly recommend Major Travel, I rang reservations because I needed to hold a flight seat for a customer, I was greeted professionally and very friendly I held the seat and later called back to confirm it, it was emailed the invoice and e ticket immediately, it was a breath of fresh air to be able to obtain all the documents without continuous phone calls and hassle, I would also like to advise that the feed into isell is excellent and the rates are very competitive.
