Founded in 1974 by the Widdowson family, Major Travel was created to serve the needs of travel agents. Whilst the company has grown to become a significant wholesaler in the travel industry the core family values upon which the business was established upon still remain at the heart of the company's culture and ethos. I have used Major on several occasions. I always find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, especially when you have a very vague enquiry they can generally put it all together. The prices are very good and I like the way everything works so smoothly, ease of confirmation coming through and tickets etc. The love2 shop vouchers are a bonus.

Just a great business with great staff, the staff training must be excellent as there is rarely a question the guys and girls at Major can`t answer. Website is also one of the quickest to use although I think it could be improved, only a little.
