We have been dealing with you for just under 6 months and are already doing on average 2 bookings a month. We had a potential problem with a group booking where the return flights were rescheduled by one day - I emailled Paul who runs the helpdesk, never had to chase him up and this morning received an email advising me that it wsa fixed, no extra cost, no work for me - just fixed! Just a great business with great staff, the staff training must be excellent as there is rarely a question the guys and girls at Major can`t answer. Website is also one of the quickest to use although I think it could be improved, only a little.

I have used Major on several occasions. I always find the staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable, especially when you have a very vague enquiry they can generally put it all together. The prices are very good and I like the way everything works so smoothly, ease of confirmation coming through and tickets etc. The love2 shop vouchers are a bonus.
