I recently tried Major when I was trying to match an Expedia quote. The consultant did her best to get near the price and the customer booked. This gave me confidence to try them for my next quote and they were cheaper than any other operators and was soon followed by another booking. I have found the consultants to be helpful, they have held options and booked airline seats for me and having a Freephone number is vital when I’m a homeworker! I have advertised lots of their great deals too. There are also lots of great incentives for us – I look forward to many more major bookings in the future, and would highly recommend.

We have had a complaint in Swindon branch about a holiday booked through Major, partly against us and partly against them. Major (and in particular Mary Arpino the Sales & Marketing Director) have been absolutely fantastic, making the customer a very fair offer but more importantly keeping our branch in the loop, liaising with the branch manager about their findings before drafting anything up to the customer and checking that their response looks ok with us first – very unusual but great stuff. The customer is looking for any excuse to take their complaint further and I am absolutely certain that Major’s professionalism has prevented the customer having ammunition to redirect the complaint against us (unlike the usual tour operator response: blame your travel agent!)
