I recently tried Major when I was trying to match an Expedia quote. The consultant did her best to get near the price and the customer booked. This gave me confidence to try them for my next quote and they were cheaper than any other operators and was soon followed by another booking. I have found the consultants to be helpful, they have held options and booked airline seats for me and having a Freephone number is vital when I’m a homeworker! I have advertised lots of their great deals too. There are also lots of great incentives for us – I look forward to many more major bookings in the future, and would highly recommend.

We had a potential problem with a group booking where the return flights were rescheduled by one day - I emailled Paul who runs the helpdesk, never had to chase him up and this morning received an email advising me that it wsa fixed, no extra cost, no work for me - just fixed! Just a great business with great staff, the staff training must be excellent as there is rarely a question the guys and girls at Major can`t answer. Website is also one of the quickest to use although I think it could be improved, only a little.
