Is in Upper Hill, the new dynamic financial district of Nairobi with banks, international corporations and embassies. With a total of 162 rooms, 2 restaurants and an outdoor pool.

This morning you will transfer to Wilson airport for your scheduled Safari Link flight to Samburu. Flight departs Nairobi at 0915hrs and arrives into Samburu at 1005hrs. On arrival at the airstrip, client will be met by the camp vehicle and taken to the camp with a short game drive enroute. After lunch you will embark on your first game drive of your safari, returning to the camp in the late afternoon.

Samburu Intrepids

Samburu Intrepids is a lush oasis on the banks of the great Uaso Nyiro River in Samburu Game Reserve. The tented luxury camp is a delight to be in – deliciously cooled by the river breeze and the forest. The camp sits on raised decks overlooking the brown river where the elephants sometimes make an appearance or the crocodiles come out to lounge by the river's banks.

Samburu Intrepids

Samburu Intrepids is a lush oasis on the banks of the great Uaso Nyiro River in Samburu Game Reserve. The tented luxury camp is a delight to be in – deliciously cooled by the river breeze and the forest. The camp sits on raised decks overlooking the brown river where the elephants sometimes make an appearance or the crocodiles come out to lounge by the river's banks.

After an early morning game drive and breakfast at the camp, guest will be transferred to the airstrip for the schedule Safari Link flight departing Samburu at 1210hrs and arrives into Nairobi at 1315hrs. On arrival into Nairobi, clients will be met by their driver guide and procced for lunch at the Carnivore restaurant before departing to Lake Naivasha.  Leaving Nairobi, you travel west through the Kenya's fertile highlands, where rolling tea and coffee estates abound. Then suddenly to your left, the trees part to reveal a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley, with dormant Longonot volcano taking centre stage. Your panoramic journey will bring you to Lake Naivasha, with its Crescent Island, arriving at the lodge by late afternoon.

Great Rift Valley Lodge and Golf Resort

A short drive from the well-maintained Pan African Highway is the Great Rift Valley Lodge & Golf Resort Its location midway between the Samburu and Maasai Mara reserves makes the lodge the perfect stopover between the country’s top safari destinations – and an ideal alternative to a night in a city hotel. The Great Rift Valley Lodge sits at about 7,000 feet, from which elevation it enjoys magnificent views to the west and east. The vistas stretch from the shimmering waters of Lake Naivasha to the jagged volcanic crater of Mount Longonot and, beyond, the sloping shoulders of the Aberdare Mountains – Kenya’s most important watershed. The Great Rift Valley Lodge offers 21 twins and 9 double rooms, all with private balconies overlooking the spectacular valley floor with large four-poster beds, handmade wooden furniture, African prints, and modern en suite bathrooms. The social ‘heart’ of the Rift Valley Lodge is the clubhouse building, which offers fine dining and beautiful views from its panoramic restaurant and broad balconies.

This morning, depart with a picnic lunch for full day game drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, returning to the lodge by late afternoon.

After breakfast, transfer to Loldia airstrip for your scheduled flight to the Masai Mara. Flight departs Naivasha at 1015hrs and arrives into the Mara at 1100hrs, where you will be met by a camp vehicle and transferred to the camp. After lunch enjoy an afternoon game drive, returning to the camp as the sunsets.

Situated in Masai Mara, Mara Intrepids Tented Camp is on the waterfront and area attractions include Masai Mara Reserve. Additional regional attractions include Olare Orok Conservancy.

Mara Intrepids

Situated in Masai Mara, Mara Intrepids Tented Camp is on the waterfront and area attractions include Masai Mara Reserve. Additional regional attractions include Olare Orok Conservancy.  

After a morning game drive and breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for your schedule flight to Nairobi. Flight departs Masai Mara at 11 am and arrives into Nairobi at 12.15 pm. On arrival at Wilson airport you will be met and transferred to a city centre hotel or Jomo Kenyatta airport for your onward arrangements.

Please note that in low season (April – June & November – 15 December) Safari Link will operate with minimum 4 Pax on the following routing, Naivasha to Masai Mara and during this period, should there not be sufficient numbers, clients will be transferred by road on day 6 to Nairobi and will then fly from Nairobi to Mara. Flight will depart Nairobi at 10am and arrive into the Mara at 11am.

Passenger Information
•    Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris.
•    All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them for internal flights.
•    Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.
